In addition to his background in construction management, Avi carries a decade of management experience in the non-profit sector. His unmistakable integrity and staunch honesty has helped him earn the trust of some of the biggest national SFH equity firms in the US, as well as build ProGuard into a reputable NJ construction firm in just two years.

Sean is the voice of practical construction solutions at ProGuard — ensuring tight, on-site QC, managing crews and deadlines, and maintaining ProGuard’s creed of professionalism.  
 
With a wealth of practical information and field experience in all aspects of construction, Sean doesn’t miss a beat. He’s an instinctive problem-solver, able to spot root causes, and develop cost-effective repair solutions that hold up for the long term.  His ability to pull workers and teams together in a united effort to meet the tightest deadlines and toughest construction challenges has created Proguard’s reputation of never missing a detail, or a completion date.  
 
As former owner of SM Management Group — a property preservation company, Sean acquired extensive hands-on field experience. He deployed that expertise and developed a rigorous quality control process that ensures work is finished meticulously enough to pass any inspection.
